Nylon microfibers are used for dry fly tails but also can be knotted for legs. Stiff, more consistent and more durable that hackle fiber tails. Treated with Water Shed for floatability.
•Very popular for no-hackles, comparaduns, thorax-style dry flies. Like Microfibetts, yet treated for floatation.
