This is a true rotary vise with hardened tool steel jaws. 26 to 4/0 hook sizes. True rotary design allows the axis of rotation to be in line with the shaft of the hook. Adjustable rotary tension for precise control. With the design of two bearings, it is more stable and smooth.
Adjust the first nut to get the desired amount of resistance when you perform the rotation, adjust the second nut to secure.
User instruction: 1. Move the lever down to loosen the jaw to hold the hook. Then press the lever up to tighten the jaw until the hook is properly clamped.
2. If the jaw opening is too small or large for the hook, please adjust the front opening screw to get the jaw proper open size fitting the hook.
The base measures: 4.9 x 3.9 x 0.4 inch / 125 x 100 x 10mm. Weight: 35oz/ 995g. The standard black powder coated pedestal base. Made of heavy iron, a non-slip scratch resistant pedestal base layered underneath for great stability on any surface.
