Based on our current sizes, frame design adjustments can be made using CNC machining instead of opening a new mold, which significantly reduces tooling costs. The MOQ is 100 pcs for each type, size, and color.
Customers can also decide on reel and spool arbor size, finish color. The mold cost for frame and spool is around USD3,000 per size each.
